Hump Day... with a SWEET TUSK vengeance...

Once again... I encourage you to do something simple, yet celebratory tonight... after all, it's a down hill slide and next week most of us have a long holiday weekend to look forward to!

Today I'm in the mood for sweet... although if you ask Jake, my sweet tooth is more like a sweet tusk! So, I suggest you do this very simple and indulgent dessert.
Port with Chocolate, Honeycomb & Blue Cheese Stacks
It can't get easier than this list:
  • One bottle of port (lots of inexpensive options)
  • One bar of dark chocolate
  • Honey (I like to get honeycomb, it's more fun!)
  • Blue Cheese
  • Water Crackers
Assemble all the parts on a plate and create a stack...

The combination of the rich port, along with the deep-dark chocolate, sweet honey and salty-savory blue cheese will create a party in your mouth like NON OTHER!!!

This is also a great dinner party dessert... simply assemble your platter, put it out, and let your guests build their own stack... TRUST ME, they will love it.
