At our inaugural Mood Wine Club of Palm Springs event we held a drawing. The grand prize was a wine paired dinner for four. I said I'd cook and serve in the winner's home or at the Loft. So on Saturday night we are hosting this dinner at the loft for the winner of the drawing...
