Goat Cheese, Sundried Tomatoes, Fresh Shallots - hmmm

Sundried Tomato Goat Cheese Dip
Let's revisit the perfect party dip - I used to caramelize the shallots... not anymore - SO much better fresh.

Here's all you have to do:
  1. Mix equal amounts of goat cheese and cream cheese. Spread on plate as base.
  2. Scatter julienne cut sundried tomatoes on top
  3. Scatter minced fresh shallots on top
  4. Scatter finely minced fresh oregano on top
  5. Drizzle with olive oil
  6. Serve with sliced fresh baguettes
Trust me, bring this to your next party... you'll be a hit!

  1. Now there is a dip fit for a king or queen. I'd make that dinner in a heartbeat combining it with a salad.....
