Jalapeńo, Cilantro, Lime = The BEST Vinaigrette

In honor of Cinco de Mayo: My favorite Mexican Salad Vinaigrette...
Who said licking your fingers was bad?
Let's take a step-by-step look at this...

It's SO easy. First the Jalapeńos, I always leave a few seeds for added heat...

Jalapeńo
Next fresh cilantro...
Cilantro
The juice of a lime...
Using my favorite juicer
Throw it all in a mini-processor with some fresh garlic and shallots...
The Basics
Add some kosher salt...
Spencer doing QC
Finally add some grapeseed oil...
Add the oil to the pureed ingredients
And a perfect Jalapeńo, Cilantro, Lime Vinaigrette is born! 
Just in time for Cinco de Mayo!
