White Wine Club HERE WE COME!

Last night we did a white wine panel tasting for our new Mood White Wine Club option....

We invited a small group of white wine lovers to the LOFT. We tasted 8 white wines, and paired them with a new "a Trois" I designed... Sea Food Tart a Trois.

We invited a small group that included three guys who mostly prefer white wines, and the guys who own Just Modern (check out their online store... WOW); they are hosting our first Mood White Wine Club Debut in their store right below the LOFT...

Chris Mobley is one of the owners of Just Modern... he and I see EYE-TO-EYE on wine for sure, especially a certain (FABULOUS) Sauvignon Blanc!

Stewart Penn (Chris's partner) is South African (LOVE HIS ACCENT), and has done some wine training... he can describe a wine with fantastic clarity...

Tom Gray was a great addition because he's not a serious wine lover... his palate was very important, like Mikey in Life Cereal Ads...

Unlike Tom, Dan McLeod is a serious white wine drinker. Dan considers himself someone who knows what he likes, but doesn't get all complicated about it. Dan has a long career in retail management, he offered some of the best marketing ideas for connecting consumers to our wines... LOVED HIS INPUT...

Jake loved his belt buckle SO much he took a picture of it instead of his face... DING-A-LING. Never fear, meet Craig Liebelt in the group shot...

Craig is also in high-end retail management, and an art curator for multiple art galleries - New Mexico, Palm Springs, Seattle. His input was equally invaluable! We didn't plan to have so many experienced retail professionals as panel tasters -- it was a fortuitous accident!
