Tabouli - Meze #7

Since summer is practically here (or is it here already?) and it's so freaking hot in Palm Springs (and maybe where you are as well), I'm in the mood for cool and easy. What could be easier then...
Tabouli
Tabouli is a classic Mediterranean salad. Like all things I like to do, it's super simple:
  1. Bulgar soaked in hot water
  2. Tons of minced parsley
  3. A little less minced mint (then the parsley)
  4. Minced green or red onions
  5. Chopped cherry tomatoes
  6. Crumbled feta
  7. Olive Oil
  8. Lemon Juice
  9. Salt and Pepper to taste
Here's how I do my tomatoes...
Cherry Tomatoes
And I think the crumbled feta is a great addition...
Crumbled Feta
Toss it all together in a bowl and you have a fantastically simple summer salad...
Mixing it all up!
I think it's pretty safe to say, once you make this, it will become a staple in your salad repertoire!
