Chablis IS NOT A JUG WINE!!!

    i adore chablis, my favorite is lefevere(sp). super dry, no oak, rocks and gravel. very crisp.

    So can I safely assume that French Chablis is not buttery?

      Buttery is a California thing... Chablis is SO NOT BUTTERY!

      And if I remember correctly, you prefer white wines over red... Chablis is a great white wine to get to know!
