I must confess, I'm somewhat of a "Bah Humbug" when it comes to Valentine's Day, but Jake isn't. So on my way home from a day of meetings in Temecula, I stopped at some of my favorite shops to put together an impromptu Valentine's Day Dinner...
We started with some wonderful olives...

Then using the bottle of Temecula Olive Oil Company's olive oil with basil, and fresh Asiago from the Cheese Company, I made one of my favorite pastas...
