Jake and I have been working for a year now on getting our Mood Wine experience set-up to rock and roll. We pulled the trigger this last Saturday by pouring wine and doing the food for a fantastic new gallery in Palm Springs - Mia Gallery...

This dynamic group of artistic guys hired Mood Wine to pour wine, so we picked some of our favorites... NOT YOUR TYPICAL RECEPTION WHITE AND RED...

Fazeli Cellars Phel Phel, and Sauvignon Blanc

Plus, we got to put together a fun display of artisan cheese, meat, fruit, roasted almond, and olives...

Can you hear the food bell ringing "Come and get it?"

In keeping with the industrial design concept we used slate boards for the cheese...

And accented with red and white with glass blocks for texture...

This was Scott's favorite part! I am now his official almond roaster!

Of course, Richard had to make sure the wine was acceptable...

And, I'm not going to steal their thunder by showing you all the pics Jake took of the actual art collection, but suffice it to say... I WAN'T THIS TABLE SO BAD!!!

This is one of the sexiest tables I've ever seen!
