Wednesday humpday... time to crack and roll...

In honor of my continuing tradition to find something super simple and celebratory for Wednesday, I've got another fun one...

Add a nice glass of white wine (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Albarino, Gavi, Riesling )...

anything bright, crisp, and aromatic, and you have your SUPER SIMPLE HUMPDAY CELEBRATION READY TO GO!

Oh, and to make it even more fun, I used a slab of granite I picked up on the desert floor as my serving plate... COOL IDEA EY?
