Hump Day Celebration with a Rosemary Sprig!

Ok, it's that time again, we've made it halfway through the week - Humpday has arrived; we're on the downhill slide to Friday... time for a little something special tonight! No matter what you have planned for dinner, you've probably got some sort of starch included correct? Some rice, or potato, or maybe pasta. If you're planning something with potatoes I've got the perfect potato-pick-me-up! Plus they're edgy - Rosemary Tattooed New Potatoes.

These potatoes are extremely easy and in addition to looking so cool, are delicious!!! They're great with just about any potato friendly dish. They are also a great alternative to French fries on burger night! 

FOLLOW THE QUICK AND EASY METHOD FOR THESE - FOUND AFTER THE JUMP!


Method:
Rosemary Tattooed New Potatoes - Fresh from the Oven!
Preheat oven to 390F. Clean and cut new potatoes in half. Take baking sheet and brush with olive oil, and then sprinkle with kosher salt. Take fresh sprigs of rosemary and press onto the flesh of the potato and press face down on the baking sheet. Roast in oven for about 18-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and starting to brown on the cut side.
