Just a Sunday musing about the quality good food and wine bring to our lives.

Maybe that sounds self-evident. Here's the thing: until meeting this guy, I had no idea good food could be inexpensive, or fast, or healthy. So much of what he does belong in all three categories.

On a computer I know what I'm doing. In the kitchen I'm an ignoramus. So I'll be learning right along with everyone else, and trust me, if I can do what Patrick does by following his recipes, you can do it too.
