It's Monday morning, and only 8 hours until I have to serve a new recipe paired with a client's wine.

- Woodworth Cabernet Sauvignon - 08 Barrel Reserve (This is a big, juicy, complex Cab, been dying to dance with it!)
- My first cup of double espresso (remind me to blog about Thanksgiving Coffee Roasting from Mendocino) - this is my morning crack!
- Three books that I can't live without - Culinary Artistry, The Flavor Bible, and What to Drink with What you Eat - all three by the same authors, and in my opinion, the BEST tools in any cooks kitchen arsenal! Check out their blog - Andrew Dornenburg and Karen Page.
