You Gotta Meet Jack Ford...

Today's post is dedicated to a great friend of mine JACK FORD! Jack lives in San Diego - North County. He has this beautiful land he tends with organic produce, fruit, and livestock. Jack's whole philosophy (as I see it) is to nurture everything he touches as naturally as humanly possible. His farming is all sustainable and organic, and his livestock all live TOTALLY natural and stress-free lives.

This year Jack has an amazing (flock?) of heirloom turkeys he's raised and is now processing for Thanksgiving and Christmas. For more info on these heirloom birds and Jack's farm TAJ click on the links.
