STAY TUNED: Tomorrow I'm going to be judging at the Inland Empire Magazine 2011 Wine Competition... this is becoming a very large, respected, and highly anticipated annual competition!
This year Mark Van Laanen - Co-Owner and Executive Chef at Trio Restaurant in Palm Springs will be joining the judging panel. After the competition I plan to post a few of my favorites, and hopefully Mark's as well. Plus, maybe Mark can help me with some rabbit recipe ideas!!!
