Hump Day... hiking, extra fermentation and flat rocks!

Today we hiked with friends in this amazing place called Painted Canyon - nick named Ladder Canyon. It was a spectacular 76F. Jake was in his behind-the-lens element - stay tuned for some amazing photography...

And I also tried my hand at some fun iPhone photography...

So, since we were out and about, I'm posting one of my quick answer video-casts. This one explains what Malo-Lactic Fermentation is and how it affects wine.
I now also have a collection of four really cool flat granite rocks (hmmm, wonder where they came from?) that shall soon be sporting swankilicious new appies!!!
