Wednesday Humpday...

Sometimes the most delicious things can be SO easy...
I have a friend who has this amazing olive oil and condiment company... White Swan.  So I took one of his condiments - Parmesan Asiago Spread - and made this super simple appetizer.

All I did was drizzle the spread on top of goat cheese, cut up baby bells and baby cucumbers, and sprinkled some pomegranate arils on top to finish it. It was that simple and fantastic.
