Pretty Little Cheese Plate...

This was just too pretty not to post. These artisanal cheeses are from The Temecula Valley Cheese Company in Temecula. Putting together a cheese plate is one of the easiest appetizers you can do. We nibbled on this creamy luscious Italian Cow, Goat and Sheep Milk Cheese from Northern Italy...

And these cool little goat cheeses rolled in various herbs and spices...
Goat Cheeses - each one with a different herb/spice coating
Add some of my roasted almonds from my Almond Joy blog post, flat bread crackers, and you have an amazing little spread.

Oh, and don't forget a nice Sparkling wine with this...
Just imagine this with the cheese plate above!!!
Two wineries I highly recommend... Woodworth, and Lorenzi - they are both great for your holiday wine needs - I hope to blog on both of their sparkling wines again soon, and AS SOON AS WE GET OUR ABC LICENSE, WE WILL BE ABLE TO OFFER THEM TO YOU ON OUR WEBSITE!!!
